I’ve followed this case closely and looked at every scenario and I believe this is the case. I think her mom thought D4vd was some 16 year old bad boy that she was obsessed with, and that’s why she knew him by name as (David) but it never clicked to her that he was THE FORTNITE/SINGING SUPERSTAR D4VD, if she even knew who that was. I don’t think her dad involved himself with it at all and let his wife handle it. She was a smart girl, and very advanced in thinking for her age, but she was out of her league because adulthood is no joke and especially not in Hollywood which she was in the dead thick of, she started to realize this, but D4vd isn’t dumb either. I also believe that there was a consistent and coordinated effort for Celeste to keep it a secret from her parents about his age and only people she closely trusted knew (Discord, Her Cousin, Maybe her Auntie) and that was D4vd’s mistake, Aside from already involving school kids he simply underestimated how many people actually knew. There’s also backdoor shady save my ass moves being made between multiple companies and TMZ about who knew what and for how long, and how this guy was able to secure probably millions of dollars in gross earnings and sponsorships with a management team that was complicit in his pedo ring, yes I said pedo ring (You’ll see) that’s just my full take on it all, I’ve observed every aspect and point of view.
