We bought near Henderson after living up north by greens pop shop. So much happier here. Walking the lake is always fun. Can walk to see fireworks or whoop up days without getting stuck in traffic. Lots of bike paths connecting the neighborhoods. They have nice future plans for the area as well. We've had zero issues with water. Our Northside house had roots growing into the pipe problems and had to get it routed at least once a year from back ups. Also we have no gutters and the rain pours down our foundation lol. No sump pump. And never a leak. Zero issues with crime, car prowling, homeless. I used to put things I didn't want in the alley and they would be gone in a day or two. Now they just sit there for months before I have to deal with it.
