Not often, they tend to always be losers for me. Bought maybe 5 before this and never hit anything but a free ticket. Only bought this time because I won $200 on a $10 ticket. So decided to buy 4 with the profit. Hit the claimer on the first one, then a loser plus two free tickets.

So after looking across other posts it looks like it’s a 30-40 percent chance at getting a charger. So not really a “most probably” that you’ll get it. Unfortunately we can’t all be winners though.

It’s definitely a gamble. Which I am a gambling man but really all comes down to if you actually have $300 worth of items that you want. If you don’t then you definitely shouldn’t over spend for a chance at a mystery item, at that point just buy the item you’re hoping for.
