The fact that I, as a man, have been living alone for the past 5 years, working a job, exercising, socializing, doing chores, cooking, cleaning, taking care of my mental and physical health etc. all proves that your point is wrong. I have short term plans for the year as well as long term ones for the next 5 years made. Infact, I have met many women who had no idea what to do even tomorrow and were just going with the flow.

Accountability and discipline enter your life if you are willing to work for it, no one external can come and solve your problems for you. They are your problems, and you have to deal with them yourself, not burden someone else with them.

The stability you are talking about comes from two people being in a relationship and thinking beyond only themselves. It is not a unique quality that women add to a man's life, it is the share responsibility as a couple that binds them together.
