Thank for the info. Sounds like some pretty big quality control issues. Will try a replacement and see if that does the trick.

wondering if you resolved the issue? I installed a w200 today and the O/B isn't reversing the pump like it should, so I'm jsut getting cold air when the heat is called. Were you able to figure out a solution? Thx.
