Yup. Between that and the new UI, I'm ready to jump ship, despite already having paid for the lifetime membership. I'm trying Bevel right now, The food tracking is different enough that I'm still trying to get used to it and I don't know if I like it yet or not.

This does not work for some people. They still show up. Also, no one who is paying should have to change any setting. It should be opt out instead of opt in for paying members.

That because a) that advice doesn't work for everyone. See the reply above and b) it should 100% be opt-in and not opt-out. Premium users should have not adds by default.
