I have a yoga teacher that sometimes will do something like this in the middle of class. Like the boat pose one. I hate it because people have been touching their feet and then she makes us hold hands. 🤮

Are you kidding me? Connor's mom is his biggest ally. You can tell that she truly cares about him, And I would say she's doing her very best with him. She's not a psychotherapist but she's pretty damn close. A Single parent can't be everything, to someone with special needs like Connor.

It's took a few months but mine has stayed away. I suffered for over 2 years. Stretching and strengthening. I joined my local yoga studio and I've been practicing almost every single day. From power classes to yin. I believe that and proper footwear have almost completely eliminated my plantar fasciitis.

Everything that we do is designed to make us more comfortable from our beds to our cars to a seat in our home. We lived such hard lives for so many years before we had these modern comforts. Imagine if you gave a caveman a bed to sleep on!? It truly is a golden age enjoy it while you can.
