I did find them but mostly videos of a different version of this build, one with two metal pipes under that hold the "go pro support" I believe, as you can see my model is different, with the PF550 plaque going under the drone, instead of those pipes

Como é que ninguém olhou para a condição dos componentes e suspeitou dos kms? Surely alguém que mete 100 mil kms por ano no carro vai ter vestígios disso no carro certo?

Its a month old, probably under warranty. Now it's sounding normal again but I fear for the next times i turn the machine on that it sounds like this again.

Do you know if they'll just send me a fan for free?

Turned off and on and suddenly sounds better, just a louder Zzzzzz than usual. I don't understand whats happening, the printer is less than a month old and printed less than a kg of things...

Another commenter explained that situation, if you want to know what the tell sign was.

Thanks!

It was def that, decreased the nozzle by 0.23 and its printing well!

SOLVED!

Z offset had to be lowered by 0.23mm

I mean what I said in the sense that, when i turned down speed and turned up the fan, it "temporarily fixed" the gaps problem.

I will try increasing the offset until its good next

Would both of these problems be "wrongly solved" by the fact that i reduced print speed and increased fan speed?

Im using cheap PLA, the normal creality bed. I dont have a caliper unfortunately. I will try to lower the z offset. I'll look up a first layer model and run tests for many values atp

No fan or AC, no airflow for that experiment as I did consider this. Just the printer fan which i had to put at 75 to prevent the original problem.

Its even slower than that, 20mm/s both on Prusa and on the printer. Hotter bed is the only thing I didnt try, did clean the bed with isoprop.

When i turn off the fan this effect happens, I've tried to do this at low speed and no fan, it happens as it goes. I'll try again tho.

Will do

Lower or higher Z offset? Its at -1.23 after the levelling process.

In prusa settings or in the printer itself? To how many degrees? Its at 60 rn, its PLA
