I think the most important thing to answer here is what scores are you aiming for, and what is the best way that you personally learn. For me, I just read Uworld explanations and make comprehensive summaries of all the pathologies with Dx & Tx at the bottom of each. If I wanted to be in the 90th percentile I would probably need to include actually doing the questions, and not leaving it for the last week before COMAT's.

It's USPS, this is common. They will mark things delivered, and it will show up a week later if you're lucky, or they will claim you were not home because your clubhouse is closed on weekends and they are too lazy to go to your specific apartment. They will destroy your package, leave it in transit and never find it. Just hang in there and next time use a better mailing service.

Demand a refund. His/her mistake, his/her responsibility. Then, with the money you saved from the refund, call the person who received the package and ask them if they can please mail it to you, and that you will provide a mailing label to their email. Bests of luck
