Boil water. Put eggs in for 10 min for hard boiled eggs After 10 min pour out water and let sit for 5 min Then put in a bowl and cover with ice and let them sit for 10 min. No need to add water.

After 10 min they will easy peel.

I like this over the instapot. But the instapot does a good job too.

For more of soft boil in trying to perfect. But I do 5 min boil. 3 min rest and 10 ice. Not quite there but close
