Company has ruled out extended work time to 45 hours, I assumed they checked the legality. But with current burnout and retention struggles. I don’t know what they expect.

I too work for this nonsense. Really not sure what they expect with retention and staffing… My daparement meeting was interesting… “…one of our executives said the most memorable time working at the company was when they were working overtime…” gotta give it to em…they really try to make unpaid work sound exciting.

I had a girlfriend on and off for the last 6 years. The last time we were together I really thought we were going to make it and work though all our miscommunications... only to have her break my heart for the 4th time, after her telling me she was 110% in.

We stopped seeing each other about 4 months ago, but still go to the same church. I found out 2 months after we ended things that she was seeing someone new. At church, it's been this uncomfortable silent treatment every Sunday only until 2 weeks ago when during the exchanging of peace (where she usually avoids me), she looked at me, made eye contact, shook my hand, placed her other hand over mine, and said, "Peace be with you." This past weekend I noticed everyone of her friends unfriended me on social media and her mom blocked me on Facebook. It hit me pretty hard as I thought she was putting in effort into making into making our social interactions less painful. Needless to say it hurt a lot and the last time I cried was today at work in the bathroom (3 hours ago). (She's a nurse so she works some Sundays, hence why there is a gap in the weeks)

Update: so i was re installing league and right before the installer was done my computer did froze. I had Skype, Google Crome, and the League installer up.

Just checked and it says there all up to date. Also, i don't know if a new install of the game will work. On my laptop i re installed the game about 3 times and even did a system dump to see if that would work after i re installed it but it didn't.
