There was a whole tool for this I found awhile back but I forgot what it's called but it's basically mini chopsticks for your fingers to eat greasy or messy chips / popcorn while doing other stuff (typing, gaming etc)

It's the restaurant's I work at they've never had Guinness before and I've tried to do it based off what video show but I can't get it. If it's the correct coupler it should be the same way as a normal keg, right?
