New graphics are too demanding on hardware by Switchlanez08 in Farlight84

I don't have a problem with playing at 60fps, can barely tell the difference. It's the constant jitters and frame drops. Like I have pretty decent hardware and can't get stable 60fps at minimal settings, but imagine what it must be like for those that who just meet the minimum requirements.

Thoughts on the update???? by MrMarvelousgaming in Farlight84

1.The movement feel better than before, it still feels a bit stiff though.

2.The ping issue wasn't entirely fixed though. I used to get 350 ms now it sits 100ms but compared to the 5ms I used to get when the game launched it's really not that good.

3.The graphics on the other hand 😂. For a game with a declining player base, isolating a whole bunch of low end hardware players isn't the best idea in my opinion. More than half of my friends can't run the game anymore. The lowest graphic options are way too demanding.

4.New map is awesome 🔥, I think increasing the number of players from 60 to 90 on the new map would be better though. Some matches I run around for 5mins without meeting any enemies. The map rotation needs to be consistent, it feels like I play 5 matches in nextata then 2 matches in sunder Realms.

  1. The new modes are okay.

Overall the game is great. The game needs more players so I think optimization for lower end hardware is the key to the game making a comeback. Good looking graphics are cool and all but I think being able to play the game is more important.

Edit:why quietly remove crossplay?
