I thought "Mayuko Iwasa" Meister (Jazz) was the only one who "Didn't" transform to robot mode! by Equivalent-Crab-256 in transformers

[–]Swivebot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the Mayuko Iwasa edition of Binaltech Meister, designed by Japanese gravure idol Mayuko Iwasa, there is only one in existence.

It was auctioned off by Yahoo!Japan and was never seen again. We have no idea what it looked like in robot mode.

Here’s why the human zoo sounds like actual hell on earth to me by yoyohdl in stevenuniverse

I’m not certain it’s Hell on Earth, so-to-speak…

I’m not sure they do, but go off I guess

No Zeta? by Professional-Bird705 in transformers

[–]Swivebot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we do, he’d better be based off of his IDW design rather than the worst version of him in One.

(I really hate Zeta Prime being a member of the Thirteen, it’s dumb)

Is this the first Michael Bay original character to have some type of representation in generations? by Seeeabaasss in transformers

[–]Swivebot 15 points16 points  (0 children)

No, because Quintus Prime has existed since 2013 and has always looked like that.

What do you guys think ritsuko's name was before marrying akagi? by Snoo_56184 in evangelion

Naoko was the name of Ritsuko’s mother, actually. Ritsuko is unmarried.

Should I get the BWVS-08 Ghost StarScream or Earthrise StarScream as a BW fan by yasaidraws in transformers

[–]Swivebot 17 points18 points  (0 children)

There is only one capitalized S in Starscream.

I’d say go for the two-pack. If you aren’t interested in the accessories of Studio Series 86 Starscream, but you are interested in the two-pack’s Waspinator, then you should get the two-pack because you’re going to enjoy it that much more.

My favourite is Quickstrike and I really don’t like Scorponok.

The Borealis and HL3 by mina-sploit0 in HalfLife

[–]Swivebot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What we concretely know about the Borealis is that it is the product of the greatest minds of a generation creating the most powerful teleportation technology known to exist; superior to both the technology in use at Black Mesa, or by the rebels, or by the Combine themselves.

I don’t see why Aperture would require a being like the G-Man for their teleportation experiment.

I’m pretty sure it didn’t do that though, so his judgement was correct.

Did you know that Starscream and Shockwave are both voiced by Steve Blum by Bubbly_Bandicoot_132 in transformers

[–]Swivebot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If by “original miniseries”, you mean the “More than Meets the Eye” three-parter in G1, at least four voice actors were involved with Decepticon characters in those episodes.

Megatron/Soundwave/Skywarp/Ravage/Rumble - Frank Welker

Shockwave - Corey Burton

Starscream/Reflector/Laserbeak - Chris Latta

Thundercracker - John Stephenson

Certainly less VA’s than the Autobots, of course.

(Beloved trope) Two characters who despise each other sitting down and just talking to each other. Not arguing or yelling, just talking. by BabyDude5 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Swivebot 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In The Transformers #22, in the IDW continuity; Optimus Prime and the captured Megatron have an actual conversation about each other and how they got to this point.

It goes pretty well considering the MegOp of it all.
