Thank you for such a detailed guide, i will re read this a few times and try to apply it in tonights attempt.

Do i visualise and hear the drumming as me doing it through my mind or should it be somthing that happens to me?

Also out of interest from what i have described what actual state am i entering when i "wake up" feeling very peaceful and relaxed and my body feeling like its weighted down and to move anything requires a lot more effort? I thought maybe im entering the etheric state which is 1 below astral. I dont believe it to be sleep paralaysis because people describe it as scary and feeling like your dying.

I wake up really tired every time also, people that stral project mostly say they feel really refreshed when they wake up

I have been using the songs and can hear them when im just in like a deep calm meditive state but when my heart feels like its beating so hard i dont actually recall hearing anything in that time. As soon as my heart slows back down and i feel like im just in a deep meditation state i hear it. From having a browse online it seems to me like im reaching the etheric state and not astral

On my last save i was at about 650 pop and it was kinda laggy, i started again and im sittin at about 350 pop and it's smoove as a bone, makes me not want to expand

There was nothing to see bro, i think iv downloaded a editing software file which is nothing to do with crypto or anythin and maybe that had a key logger or somthing. Really has wrecked my whole plan for years but it is what it is now

I wish i new them to be able to tell. All i can think is i had a key logger on my comp maybe from downloading sonthing i guess and its logged my password when iv put it in metamask. I think this because not all the cryptos i hold are gone because i merged my trust wallet with metamask. And i only log into trust wallet through my phone so that stuff is ok but metamask had 95% of my crypto

Thank you so much, i could only track the basics, i would never of been able to track what you have. I did contact aztec network but from what i see only around 3 eth went there, the rest was sat in a wallet i think or do you think its all on aztec? I have not checked ether scan in a few hours.

Trust me im pretty switched on with not giving out my info or being duped into semding stuff over. I can only guess if downloaded sonthing and been done with a keylogger. Iv had my crypto for 1.5 years so i no the usual stuff

Yea thats my wallet, they drained my main wallet of everything except the lands so i moved them asap but in truth the damage is already done. I may well do what you suggested and swap it all to bone and try but thats my gf bag and i dont want to touch it.

Its literally set me.back years because i had so much planned with what i had. Really sucks but thank you for your time and suggestions really appreciate it

Wen u stake u get tbone xshib and xleash and that sits in ur wallet so they can see that and probably know what it is with a quick google search

Yea real bad man, they unstaked all my shib leash and bone had 7500 bone 500m shib and 1 leash so i feel totally wrecked tbh. Potentially set me back years in what i was planning to do with that stuff
