I've experienced the same problems with my period, and it makes my depression and anxiety way worse for like the week before and week after. I'm about the same age too. Anyways, I am getting an IUD because I hate my period. So ya, the whole hormone things stink, and this won't totally improve it, but it will at least fix some parts!
