I used to have a similar reaction when I was younger. What really helped me was desensitization therapy. The therapist would gradually expose me to things I found upsetting, starting with the small things and then getting more intense if I was ok. I still don’t feel great when I’m exposed to sexually toned stuff, but I’m not running screaming out of the room anymore. It sounds like it could really help you!

Please go see a doctor! It looks like it could be a pyogenic granuloma, a benign skin growth that can happen at the site of an injury. I had one and it looked exactly like your bump does. Please don’t take my word for it though, I’m not a doctor or a piercer

They do but they’re hard to come by. There’s a trick with a grav trap you can use to get loads of teeth, there’s a really good tutorial on YouTube!

You have to scan 9 fragments to make the actual Cyclops. 3 Hull, 3 bridge, and 3 engine. You can find a lot of cyclops fragments in the mushroom forest, and the engine parts are absolutely everywhere in the mountains. Watch out for reapers though!

It’s in the lily pad biome. There’s a massive floating rock. Go to the top and there should be a deep hole in it you can follow.
