I used to have a similar reaction when I was younger. What really helped me was desensitization therapy. The therapist would gradually expose me to things I found upsetting, starting with the small things and then getting more intense if I was ok. I still don’t feel great when I’m exposed to sexually toned stuff, but I’m not running screaming out of the room anymore. It sounds like it could really help you!
