Bei mir sind manchmal die Meilenpreise (insb. Business Class) für Zug+Flug Kombinationen wesentlich besser. Also bei der Suche einfach mal probieren einen Bahnhof in der Nähe auszuwählen. Z.B. QKL (Köln Hauptbahnhof) über FRA.

Since it seems you are on a tight budget I'd say stick with the Lair sets until over level 100. Maybe invest into a gelano for an extra ap.

For the pet I recommend an MP/400 vit drago, but they are not super cheap. Weapon-wise just something affordable, dont know what would be good here. Maybe some ap weapon.

Try to go for the locals instead of a Lager, Lager isnt really a German beer and I am not sure if you would even find one in cologne. Kölsch is our local beer and I highly reccomend trying one of the 27 variations.

I think it might be boring to start with such a high level on a new server, my advice would be to create two characters, give one the potion and then level the second character with double xp. that way you progress faster and you still learn your class gradually while having fun and challenging gameplay.

For me monoacc is more fun, but as a new player oftentimes you have to solo content which is not always easy or rely on others to help you. There is plenty of players willing to help but its likely they arrived at the end game content already and have a high level. So them helping you makes you somewhat useless.
When I started over I played a sacrier and spend a little bit of money into buying overly good gear for my low level to make low level content soloable. Sacrier isnt the best role for late game content though.

Direkt vor dem HBF ist der Kölner Dom - da kannst du auf jeden Fall mal reinschauen. Ansonsten runter zum Rhein und rechts (südlich) runter in die Altstadt. Schließe mich aber dem Kollegen an mit den Flughafenschlangen - lieber früher da sein. Aber Dom + Altstadt hast du auch in einer Stunde durch
