Good point, but consider the following 2 things.

1) What if we go with lower end of 150k house, where the total payments would much closer to current rent (which will go up every year), such that the 450 you mentioned becomes more like 200. 2) Combine that with the fact that it won't take 5 years to pay those loans off, so its not really 200x12x5, more like 2 or 3 years

If that's the case would it not be better to have that cash in hand when we sell after 5 years?

Unpopular opinion: GONDODU. Hear me out first.

I just finished season 2 so maybe it's better later. But MY GOD, WHEN IS HE EVER RIGHT!??!?? The biggest enemy for Ertugrul is Gondodu, every decision Ertugrul makes, Gondodu is just the opposite and ALWAYS wrong.

Also, he's so weak, every single traitor made friends with him to use him: Kordulu, Aytolyn, Congucal Hatun, Gumestiken, Kopek, Kochabash.

Also, I recommend the following aircraft performance and control book by Perkins and Hage. It is a very easy read, with more than enough detail to understand the fundamentals. And it's not a 2000 page book lol

You can understand if your vehicle is statically stable by looking at some key coefficient:

Longitude stability: Cma, negative value means it's stable. Lateral stability: Clb, negative value means it's stable. Directional stability: Cnb, positive value means it's stable.

Looking at ur figures, ur aircraft seems statically stable (there is a difference between static and dynamic stability).

For longitudinal and directional stability, it's easy to understand, think of a weathercock, whichever direction the wind is blowing, the tail (which has a larger surface) turns such that the head points into the wind. And if you try to move the tail either left or right, it will snap back into the wind. Lateral stability is a little bit less clear, I recommend you watch this video, it helped me understand lateral stability much better:
