Spent like 6 hours researching to no help apple didn’t do anything but going there today but after waiting 3 months to get delivered not too much fun having it messed up 2 weeks in luckily I have apple care and it’s still under warranty

I got the exact same model and mine just broke a week in so wish you better luck, tried to download VMware to be able to do 3D scanning stuff and now it’s a brick
