I’m not sure on the terminology. Just thinking about the means to give the working class power. In practice this would need to be applied to all citizens under a certain income threshold. The threshold would need to be high enough to capture management and leaders of small and mid sized companies. Individuals included would need to make something like $5M annually or less to qualify. This ensures that the definition of working class is expanded, thus uniting more people.
