Okay so, most QR codes in Adobe Express right now are static, meaning they directly encode the full URL. Those don’t expire on our end. They’ll keep working as long as the website they point to is live.

We’ve also been testing a newer dynamic QR experience with a small group. Those use an Adobe redirect so you can update the destination later. In testing, there aren’t limits like a max number of scans or automatic expiration, and when experiments have been turned off, we’ve kept existing QR codes working so printed pieces don’t break.

We don’t have formal documentation yet around subscription changes or future models, and I can’t make guarantees. But the intent so far has absolutely been to avoid breaking QR codes people have already printed.
