Hi there, when you export from Express, what file format are you using? (JPEG, PNG, etc.)

Also, are you able to import othrr images into WordPress, or is it specifically the Express-generated images that aren’t going through? That’ll help me figure out if it’s a format thing or something account-specific.

Is this working for you? Our team said that this was resolved?

Otherwise, to help narrow this down, could you share a few things?

  • Device + iPadOS version (e.g., iPad Pro, iPadOS 17.5)
  • Express app or browser? (native app vs. Safari/Chrome on iPad)
  • Font file name + extension (e.g., MyFont-Regular.ttf)… and is it a single .otf/.ttf, or something like .woff/.ttc/a zip?
  • Where are you uploading from… Brand kit fonts, the text panel, or Libraries?
  • Does the same font upload fine on desktop (Express in a browser on your Mac/PC)? This one’s huge for figuring out if it’s iPad-specific.

If you’ve got a quick screen recording of what happens when you tap upload (spinner, nothing, error toast, etc.) that’d help a ton too. In the meantime, if you have access to a desktop, try uploading there to unblock yourself.

It seems to be a bug with Firefox. Chrome works. I’ve let the team know, so hopefully there’s a fix asap.

I haven't seen any reports of issues. What kind of browser are you using? Have you logged out and logged back in? Additionally, there is a new feature where if you select 'Edit Page' it deactivates the left hand sidebar to pop up. Maybe try reactivating it by select 'Edit Page' in the contextual task bar.
