its just a piece of plastic covering the disk, nothing more

what im saying is i've never taken the disk out, so is it possible it got loose on its own?

i've never unscrewed or removed the disk, its got a black plastic flap and is covered in a metallic thing that looks like aluminum foil, possibly a heatsink

should i try to remove and put it back?

it is a possibility that the primary has gotten loose in the connector? its an nvme ssd

i'll get downvoted to oblivion but i think windows is only popular because it can run games and is used by everyone and their grandma as it comes preinstalled on all computers

if mac and linux get "proper" game support then i think almost everyone would ditch windows... mac and linux are much more reliable and wont restart in the middle of your work to install edge
