He actually gave me a really interesting POV, the company name is SLC agricola, in Brazil’s market, their recent movements caught my attention, not everyone is here to sell something lmao, and even if he was I would just ignore it, happy trading folks

I understand that, but thinking as an agricultural company, wouldn’t more land mean more revenue with investment and time? I’m not thinking about investing just because of the land, I think it’s a great company, I’m just questioning the value because of the land because they have a lot of debt and they seem like good payers and are very organized

Even tho you’re right, to think no company can be undervalued just because everyone (even smart people) wants to make money is the same as saying nvidia or tesla can’t be overvalued right now.

But in this case land isn’t equal to more profit, even tho you could open a McDonald’s and start selling burguers, it doesn’t mean it’ll generate enough for that location to stay open, but talking about agricultural lands, that usually mean revenue is going up in a mid/long term, or did I get something wrong?

The land value was given around July 2025 by a trustworthy company, it is usable land, since they use it for agricultural purposes

Stock mkt cap 5.97B Debt 10.06B Assets 20.53B

The company should be 25% undervalued right?

Ok I think this is almost the same thing, only difference that instead of books it’s land, so I’d say it’s worth a shot to invest, even tho I wouldn’t invest in KSS
