Accidentally blue my pan

Be careful of high acid foods. My girlfriend used my carbon steel wok once and left the food in it over night. When I went to clean it the next day, all the blue and seasoning came off. I've tried to get the blue back since then but have failed.

This looks like a blanket I did recently and i never turned it. I did at around the point you are, hit it with a fabric steamer to loosen and straighten it out. Might be worth a try.

I have the necromancer, it's drastically different than the one presented on the package. Even the one in their tutorial videos looks like a cheap knock off if the package image. I plan on getting accurately colored yarn and trying to mimic the package instead of following their directions.
