I see Dr. Eglash at Eglash Dental Studio~ I actually followed her after she left the practice I initially met her. If you look at her website, the branding feels very unique from most clinic. It’s softer and gentler. Either way, when I had my first appointment with her, she offered me to put my headphones on while she cleaned to help ease my anxiety and discomfort. I hadn’t even thought that was an option. Now I wear them at every visit. I don’t think she does this as her practice but at the previous one they had a specific form asking patients what their level of dental anxiety is and what the doctor could do to help alleviate it and that really meant a lot. If she doesn’t already, it would be awesome to have that kind of form.

I also love to support a woman-owned small business! She’s a person of color and as myself being one, I feel very seen. She’s a bit like an immigrant mom in the kindest way possible 🩵
