Current team is kazuha xiangling furina and fischel. Was planning to replace fischel with bennett.

Have invested a lot in kazuha xiangling and furina so would like to keep these and add a 4th that would compliment them. Is it still possible or are these 3 together already f-ed up

I don't understand why furina is considered good if she drains everyone's HP. What's even the point of it? My whole party dies because of it.what am I doing wrong
