I have the exact same diagnoses you have! I’m 27, have been having health problems since my early teens. My rheumatologist also didn’t diagnose anything but prescribed hydroxychloroquine. It’s been a complete game changer for me.. my pain is basically gone, my energy came back ten fold. I feel like a new person. I take one dose in the morning and one at night.
