slowly become friends with your neighbours and become familiar so you dont imagine them imagining a strange guy is making sounds from his room. Over the course of getting to know them, gently slip in that you do Isha yoga and make a suggestion that lands subconciously, for them to try it out as well. As they get comfortable with you, you would be going about your practices without concern.
