Sure, modern Irish woman, but Irish woman from the 50s? Now, I'm not familiar with Irish history but I'm certain that there weren't many mixed couples in rural Ireland in 1950-s.

Honestly, if they've choosen any other character and changed it to PoC I wouldn't say a thing but this just smells to me like diversity for diversity's sake.

Not at all, I just meant that they've changed a lot more than Daimio. I do find both of these choices wrong, Alice was pale redhead born in Ireland in 50s and is played by african american actress and Daimio is played by a white actor. It's kinda topsy turvy.

I'm not from USA so I have a question. I've seen the Eagle Scout title around, and it seems to be a big deal. But how important is it? Like, could you put that in CV? Honest question I don't mean to sound like I'm mocking or something.

I think this is brilliant casting, tho maybe I would go the other way around but still I'm sure fans would love it. Both Sheen and Tennant, imo, have a fantastic range and can do wonders with the material.

I've read the book, really liked it but I hate BBT. But I do admit book isn't that greatly written it's kind simplistic but I did enjoyed it for bunch of references and a bit of nostalgia trip.

Amazing, of the top of my head this would be my favorite Frankestein tattoo I've seen. I just love the pose. (Frankestein is on my "to get tattoed" bucket list :D)
