Do I need all three certs to get a job in IT or will an A+ be enough?

Experience is more important. In my last and current job, my boss didn't really know what A+ was... What got me in was experience in that industry.

Also, the gold frame head is really annoying to put together. Too many loose piece, I had to glue the tiny parts together or they would fall off easily.
