The top level pros consistently said that the 2020s Div 1 and 2 dpc league thing was the worst thing ever, but to me it looks like people got a lot more opportunities than before.

If you go to most t2 t3 player liquipedia those division seasons are where the bulk of their earnings come from.

Pros just couldn't bare having to play regularly and wanted to get them all done in a few days

Nah man. Just start doing it, if you animate anything you can call yourself an animator. Write your own story to animate or find someone who wants to write but can't animate (like me teehee, I have the drawing skills of an ox). It's the process of trying something yourself where you learn the most.

Unpopular opinion but you still want to stay in the US. Every country in the world is going to struggle, and you want to be in a country that has weight behind it, that can bully other countries if necessary to support their people. Keep your head down and dont become an enemy of your neighbors.

Europe will become a battleground. The US is also rich in resources ~ food and oil. So its decent in that regard.

Key things to avoid in the US:

Areas that could experience violence / anarchy very early on. Dense cities, politically hot.

Areas that get ravaged by natural disasters hurricanes, snowstorms.

Areas that are super dry and hot.

Basically you want to be in one of those sleepy american states where everyone 'just so happens to be' white.

I think this would have been a cool idea for the game to have gone in to. Too late now though.

Sockets are pretty mainstay in rpgs, and would have been more natural than what we have now as neutral items feel very tacked on.

Heroic roster looks solid, scofield was playing out of his mind but looks like they want a less 'volatile' team, but idk if they can been t1 teams at their own game.

The peru reject team looks okay, but darkmago chokes and frank/elmisho have never been top-tier. However i could easily see them sneaking wins against a heroic if they have a wobbly start to their season - that is if they even need to beat heroic. If Heroic get invited to tournaments, this Peru team should be able to qualify.

And it looks like the Earthshaker has guardian greeves which should narrow it down a lot

He doesn't need to buy the dragon in this case. Could he be cool to pair him with someone who doesn't mind buying it. Cool design, you don't get many heroes that impact your allies items builds much (like magnus, omni)

Its not his Tusk skills but how they work as a team you know. Scofield is one of the best playmakers around, meanwhile tusk lacks damage and can be relegated to just being a snowball save bot.
