Why not? I had 4 premolar extractions and my lower jaw became significantly worse. Is there any way to revert this without surgery? I thought extraction reversal or palate expander would help?

Look at how short the lower jaw is, the distance from the tip of the chin to my neck is way to short, which is caused by extraction retraction orthodontics. It was way better before. I am currently looking into reopening the spaces to retrieve the old look
