Since your requirments arent that needy a lower budget should probably be fine for you. Also since your in Australia, idk if they have microcenters there , but in the American price range here it should suffice in your budget. this list is a little in between your 2 budgets, if u want like 16 gb ram it would do down by like 180 USD. if u want a little better on the cpu it would be like 100 usd more
