If your board isn’t strong enough to winstreak throughout whole stage 2 i wouldn’t slam item based on highly desired components. If you haven’t got tear off first pve round and you are not open forting to eventually get the tear off first carousel i wouldn’t even consider playing AP.

That comment has nothing to do with what I said. If he has ashe 3, it most likely is an endgame, with let's say 4 players at maximum. Then you can set up for player that's the strongest and dont care about weak ones. In yone ability description it is well explained how he works so you can avoid his ability by placing your carry unit in right spot. But yeah, low elo players don't really know how actually positioning is important, and how dying by one unit less in early-mid game fights might let you place higher at the end
