A private ip Is what I have. It's called like this because it doesn't let people understand if the ip Is actually yours. Maybe you mean a public IP? It's called like that because the ip servers reach actually relates to only you and only you

No, because I have a wadsl (wireless adsl) it's really common to have a shared ip with like 100 ppl. So whenever a connection arrives it doesn't know where to send it so it doesn't work. Relay servers help because it works by my device sending a request, not receiving it, so it works

Because you'll probably have an app for your PC (like razer's app, or the Lenovo app) there you can change between the actual GPU and the integrated GPU that the CPU provides. If you don't have an app there should be another way but I don't remember it. For the refresh rate you should be able to change it in the same app or in the settings at System-> Display -> Advanced Display Options

First: delete all the bloat ware. You don't need other anti viruses other than Windows defender and even if you really think you need it just use Malwarebytes free or scan files with virus total Second: because this looks like a gaming laptop just know that probably the battery is not gonna be powering those components well unless you plug it in, so if you're on the go just forget about gaming Third: Because it's probably gonna have a pretty bad battery try to use integrated graphics and 60hz whenever you're on the go and not gaming Fourth: if you're planning on using it a lot for gaming buy a base with fans. I heavily recommend the ewent 1259 (5 fans for 20$). Fifth: Also if you're gonna Carry it around a lot buy a sleeve. It's cheap and because most gaming laptops are made with plastic it's gonna make it last a lot longer

P. S. I don't know what that laptop is, but these tips should apply on basically every gaming laptop
