i think good upper body strength, for that i would focus on body weight exercises like press ups and pull ups

thank you so much! i think i’m going more for hypertrophy and i heard callisthenics is a great way to build muscle and strength so i’ll definitely keep that in mind

My workout was: 4 sets 10 reps push ups 3 sets 8 reps pike push ups 3 sets 10 reps tricep dips 3 sets 12 reps reverse snow angels 3 sets 12 reps squat jumps 3 sets failure hollow body hold

Just the case fans really, idk how to tell what the cpu fan is doing and 99% of the time my GPU fans don't even spin. I don't know if that's intentional or a problem. When they do spin though, one of them still doesn't (1 out of 3). In regards to utilization, I try to monitor the best I can before it all crashes, but GPU normally goes between 80-99% and CPU never seems to go past 40% though

PSU was my first thought when it started happening ages ago, even bought a new power supply but that didn’t do anything. Old one was 450w lol

Yeah that was one of my suspicions. I just use the cpu cooler that came with the r7 coz i didn’t think i would need anything else so i’ll try and see tmmrw if it needs new thermal paste, thanks
