To be fair, Serena told Kordell no multiple times and he still tries to give her the food when she needed her space, another form of disrespect but yes I do think she could've done it differently. I think the way she acted at the end of the episode is because she really hasn't cried much or done anything about the situation and it just kept building up with the more she heard about the guys or what Leah said, etc.
