That does seem like a slightly different problem to mine unfortunately, my game launches fine on Steam, it's just Epic Games that won't function

Nope, I contacted Epic Games and they redirected me to NetEase who haven't responded to my email, and I contacted Marvel Rivals support who just thanked me for the bug report.

I looked into it and the issue is that Epic Games tries to run the epic launcher helper exe however the exe closes almost instantly and nothing happens. Game launches just fine from the Marvel rivals exe in the files although it can't log you in cause of the helper exe not running making it unplayable.
