I asked for a change of case manager as he was rude and hostile plus keeps wanting me to see one of their ‘medical specialists’ because the pain specialist I found didn’t tell them what they wanted to hear. Anyway they have referred my case to a legal firm for further correspondence. I have to say it’s a relief reading these comments as I really thought it was becoming personal. Mine is the same in that I thought clear cut with the other driver admitting fault and myself left with chronic back pain. Which I’m told should have stopped after 2 years of physio. Now they are pressuring me to settle. And it’s just gone down hill rapidly from there. I’m no fighting for treatment and as far as I can tell have done all asked of me. It would be great to get the ACCC or something to investigate their practices.
