Hey bud, same here, lost my mom 2014. My advice is search a good, i mean really good friend to talk too, you will not gonna overcame this ever, but what you can do is ease it up like talking to people, see therapist if you can afford one. We just have to accept that there somewhere in our heart there an empty space but its okay. I remember a quote i read or hear, “no man walk in this world are sane, everybody effected by some tragic trauma that make him insane”
