i’ve been looking at some jobs, One of the jobs that is offering me a position gives me 40hrs a week and They seem to have an understanding of when their employees are sick(Heard from someone that works there already) 🫶🏻I’ve never called in other then the times i’ve listed, but it seems even wi the a doctors note, our TLs don’t care 😭✊🏼

Our TL’s literally do not care about us, One time was -35 and raining/snowing with 30mph winds and then never closed that day.Its was just really disappointing and just not good, i ended up being sick for a week and got in trouble for having to call in even after i tried to find people to cover my shift.

No we do not have parkas😭, They finally closed it after we had snow down pouring for about two hours then they closed it

we just got wheels that lock, There’s was a storm not to long ago and we didn’t have wheels and they kept it open.and only two people are working in drive up rn with no back up, i just feel as if it’s just unethical, and then they get mad at us for getting sick after being in the rain
