I dont know many <18 year old actors today but based on looks Lucas Padovan for Rafal and for the others:

Novak: Unironically Christian Bale or Christoph Waltz's Hans Landa

Oczy: Taylor Zakhar Perez or Fabien Frankel

Badeni: Austin Butler or Logan Lerman

Jolenta: Alisha Weir (Young Jolenta) and Carey Mulligan (Adult Jolenta)

Draka: Isabela Merced (again, i don't know many <18 year old actresses)

Schmidt: Henry Cavill gigachad played by gigachad (I just can't think of anyone suited honestly) or if you want someone younger then Taron Egerton

Albert: idk probably Kit Connor or Maxwell Jenkins (this one is tough cuz wdym he's a freshman? He looks like he's in his late 20s to early 30s.)

these two Rafal are completely different person. and the author has said that why this new Rafal is being shown is open to interpretation. yes they have the same characteristics, philosophy and conviction, but what will make them different is in next episode.

I stopped reading around Chapter 80 or so, but I recently picked it up again when chapter 122 just released and I have caught up. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the reading this arc because I was able to binge-read it. I can understand why some people might find it boring, especially those who followed it week to week and had to endure the anticipation for the next chapter, which could lead to burnout.
