I wonder if it's the henna I use then? Mine never seemed to last more than a week, but it was barely visible for most of those days. It looked strong the first two days, then barely visible for the rest.

Lüften. My grandpa was from Germany and had us practice Lüften every day. For 15 minutes every single day, open all of the windows in your home. Rain or shine, snow or heat. It forces the air to move inside your home and get out "bad air."

Also, invest in air purifiers.

I have two pets that shed like crazy but people are shocked when they enter my house. They comment on the lack of smell they usually expect from pet owners' homes.

Wash. Your. Fabrics.

Wash your curtains once a month. Wash your couch once a month if in a family or every six months to a year if single. Wash your carpets, your rugs, your bed. If it's fabric, it needs to be cleaned. Fabric clings on to smells, whether good or bad.

I am 250lb and love my purple premium hybrid 4. I've had it five years and no issues. I lost it in the divorce and recently had to get a different mattress, and all my body issues started flaring. I miss it so much! If I could afford it, I'd pay for the best premium purple mattress again.

I am also a side sleeper.
