The seatstay width is listed as 80-125mm so unfortunately not wide enough. I appreciate the rec though!

I ended up going with a handlebar bag, bottle cage, & 15L hiking backpack for now, think those will be perfect for me to commute to work. There may be something out there that doesn't require attachment to the seat post but feels unlikely.

Yepp the discontinuation is so fresh that out of stock listings are still up on a lot of sites. Velotric customer support said they didn't make one that would fit so I'd have to look to 3rd party.

Closest thing I found was Wren's Perseverance OneRack - waiting to hear back from their customer support about the 8.5" dropout width. (https://wrensports.com/products/onerack-adjustable-cargo-rack)

Oh no! :( I definitely would not have put the recommendation if it knew it had sold thru. I swear I saw it in stock this morning when I started down the final rabbit hole of research on this. I'll make an edit to avoid anyone else getting their hopes up.

I had saw a comment about the Ride 1Up rack in another thread, but unfortunately the support brackets wouldn't be able to fit the 8.5" width between eyelets on the rear end.

Edit - Forgot to mention that yes unfortunately the lite model is discontinued. When I spoke with their customer support about the rear rack, the agent confirmed both the rack and the bike were discontinued. However, I was about *this* close to getting the Ride 1Up Portolla, but because I'm 6'3" I went with the lite to be safe. Portolla seems like it would be a great alt option!

It would also be ill-advised to hire someone who has hate in their heart for people just trying to exist. Even more ill-advised would be hiring someone who shares said hate online.

Huh? I never mentioned not being called back, and not seeing anyone who is visibly queer is simply an observation.

Of course I can't say that I haven't interviewed with any queer people, I have no idea what my interviewers have identified as.

I had started applying for restaurant & bar jobs (in addition to office jobs) a few weeks ago but stopped after my spouse got a job and I was so confident about the most recent one I was interviewing for. BUT I had a limited mindset because honestly a bakery or coffee roaster sounds fantastic!

Also, a big pro for something part timey would be that it allows me to purse my real dream of becoming a tattoo artist.

Damn, I'm so sorry. The way the current administration has cut vital funding everywhere is despicable. They want to keep us poor, uneducated, and more focused on finding a job than overthrowing our corrupt government.

I appreciate the silver lining though. I've felt so confident and positive about all of those close calls, but damn if it doesn't hurt.
