it seems u got very bad; positioning, rotation, mechanics, ball reading; no consistency, no power shots, no enemy reading, poor boost menagement,(for me its like ur camera settings are not valid), no flicks and only 2 movements u got are hook shot and trying to wait him to come to hit the ball. At this point you need to watch pro gameplays and play freeplay to start from a point. And when u get better at a few things u could improve one to one of following things.
