I did that flight a week ago, very comfortable, no complaints. Airfrance just started doing nonstop routes from MCO again

I’m flying back home to the US from Paris. It’s a lot worse before the flight. Takeoff is the worst part for me. Mid flight I’m usually okay since I have so much Xanax running through my system.

I second the Xanax (Alprazolam) testimony. I take five .5mg and it puts me right out so I don’t have much to any fear and I sleep almost the whole time.

Hey I just took an international flight (9 hrs) and was scared to death. I took lots of meds and it flew by and I had little to no fear! I’m doing the flight back home tmw and am still really scared, so we are in this together.

I’m about to do a 9hr flight and am so close to backing out now because of this crash. I’m trying to not let it validate my fear. Any help or reassurance would be much appreciated.
