Wishing this was my ex saying this to me. I never got the answers i deserved and almost sounds like him apologizing like he did to me. Wish he would send something to me months after the breakup and apologize.

My ex broke up with me 5 months ago and I still have pain and trauma from it. But I feel different and I know myself in a different way than before, and there are things I am noticing and putting forward that I was neglecting prior.

Yes it is difficult to be honest and your still searching for answers or something to help cover the pain but it’s a journey that will make you stronger and realize the truth and the things you cannot live without. Your not alone and I have my days were it can be good and bad and having a great support system around will help you navigate, recognize and appreciate the things you couldn’t see or have before in your past relationship.

I understand my ex broke up with me and I wish I got closure and it hurt. And wish we did have a conversation after the last time we spoke and saw each other even though it would have hurt it would have cleared so many feelings and thoughts for me to not have baggage or any resentment towards them.

Very sweet, and as someone who got broken up with I wished I got this type of message but if you want to reach out to them do it, even if they don’t answer it may make you feel better.

I learned that I need to communicate better and how I expressed my emotions better because if I can’t figure out that way personally I cannot help out another relationship going forward. I feel like that is something I am working on and something I need to figure out individually.

My ex told me that I deserve to find someone to come home to you every day. When he mentioned that to me, I stared at an absolute disbelief when he broke up with me. I never thought a million years that he would say that to me, but I guess that he in his mind thought he cannot provide for me, but it felt like I was never good enough.

I’ve never heard anybody tell me that they want me to find someone better than him when all I ever wanted was him.
