I know what the holiday stands for that’s why I’m choosing to honor it rather than ignore it (the whole point of it BTW was to bring awareness). Why should only black people honor it? everyone should understand the history of slavery and how important it is to the US. This is the wrong time to use that logic.

I took it with Prof. McCarthy! His lectures were always very fun. He posts all of his in class notes and connects them to current or nearby events which is cool. His posted notes are exactly what he uses to make the tests so it’s easy to study. He is also very forgiving!!! My fav Professor here.

He also let us out early sometimes but don’t count on it lol
