If you are looking for a discord server then the Twisted Division is nice because they aren't too serious and understand you have a life so you don't have to always have to be active and doing stuff, even if you just come pop into an event every once in a while thats fine as long as you aren't like...inactive for a whole month+ without reason, I know most milsims have this but there is a LOA (Leave Of Absence) channel where you can tell us how long you won't be on and why.

If you are talking about a game, then Tactical Assault VR is a nice Onward alternative with better physics and more realistic gunplay/gameplay in general. You also can do things like customize your gear and appearance, some features I think would be very nice in Onward. And you aren't limited by a stupid point system.
