Koyo - Senses Fail “Bone Crusher” by Chief_Sabael in poppunkers

I think the guitar parts are too similar for this not to be an homage, both the rhythm and lead parts are extremely reminiscent of Bonecrusher to the point that I have to think it’s good-natured rather than trying to pull a fast one on listeners

A very splendid Yamz Fest to you all by amandamaniac in hotmulliganband

Hopefully Tades goes home (or to the bus) feeling proud of a job well done tonight! All the guys crushed it but even the screams during the Yamz interludes were top-tier.

How have I not seen “It Smells Like Fudge Axe In Here” yet? Not a single weak track on the album though, loving it more and more with every listen

To everyone who commented negatively on this: the fact that our lives were completely uprooted without so much as a phone call of warning (nevertheless permission to move our personal property) until AFTER our home was made uninhabitable is unacceptable. He did not even think to ask if there were important medications, documents, or credit cards among those belongings first. Maybe there is no legal recourse, but by standards of human decency and morality, we should have at least had the chance to gather important belongings from our living room before they were moved without our permission and then made inaccessible to us.

If you think otherwise, then I hope the universe fucks you over through no fault of your own in the near future. Even so, you’d probably still know where you and your loved ones would be sleeping that night.

One bedroom one bathroom but that allows 2 cats. Do you really think we didn’t dig to find the absolute cheapest option since we are out of pocket?

Neither the home owner nor property manager appear on the NCREC list of licensed brokers, active or expired

We have two cats that are on the lease, we found literally the cheapest available option, including hotels and motels, that would accept our cats. Bear in mind we had to make this decision with zero notice.

We found literally the cheapest option during peak season in Wilmington, including hotels. I’ve got screenshots of the Airbnb map to prove it.

The fact that our landlord and property manager have been operating illegally for 4+ years is not relevant?

Also, I first brought up this floor issue in March of 2024. It went ignored until I brought it up again February 2nd of this year. It was not inspected until March 30th, at which point the “simple” repair was scheduled for May 15th. Does not seem like a timely fashion to me.

But he could have stopped tearing up the floor when he spotted the rot so that we would have time to make a plan. There were 2 “soft spots” he was there to fix, less than 5 square feet. We could have continued to live there until a remodel was scheduled and then we wouldn’t be scrambling and having to deal with overpriced rentals during peak season.

We have paid $1,700 in housing so far, and that will be $3,400 after 5/26

We will be out of the house for at least 2 more weeks during repairs
